How long does shipping take?
Orders take between one and five business days to be delivered once the order has been processed.Orders usually arrive within 3-4 days. Tracking link and order status updates are sent to each customer by email.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order from the email links we send you and also see the status of your order live on our website, go to our TRACK YOUR ORDER page
When do you ship orders?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday. Orders before 3pm EST are shipped same day. We use reliable carriers, including Fedex, DHL and local couriers best for our customers.
My order says delivered, what is I did not receive it?
Sometimes the postal service may prematurely scan your package as delivered before actually delivering it to your address.
Please allow 24 hours after your package has been indicated as delivered before contacting us. We will make sure you get your order!
Is Conceive Plus FDA approved?
Conceive Plus was the first Fertility Lubricant cleared by the FDA under the PEB category(lubricant, personal, gamete, fertilization, and embryo compatible)for use by couples trying to conceive. Our product has been the trusted brand used by fertility experts in the U.S since November 2013.
